Each bonbon is handmade in small batches using organic ingredients and, whenever possible, sourced from farms and makers across the Central New York region. Our chocolates are carefully selected based on origin, quality, and tasting notes to complement each filling and flavor. Made in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, and wheat. While we take great care in our production, cross-contact with allergens may occur.

All decorations are made using colored cocoa butter which contain one or more of the following FD&C Lakes or dyes: blue 1, blue 2, red 3, red 40, yellow 5, yellow 6 and/or titanium dioxide
