12-Piece November Signature Collection Bonbon Box (Shipping and Pickup Starting November 18th)

As we head into November, I wanted to bring a little taste of Thanksgiving into this month's Signature Collection. This time of year is full of familiar flavors, comforting traditions, and the kind of food that brings people together. And as someone who loves taking those familiar flavors and finding a new way to experience them through chocolate, I couldn't resist taking inspiration from a holiday classic.

As part of our seasonal flavor series, each month brings a new bonbon inspired by the ingredients, traditions, and little moments that make that time of year special. And this month, you helped us decide what would make its way into the box! Thank you to everyone who stopped by the shop and cast a vote on our pin board. It's been fun getting your input and finding ways to bring a little more of you into what we create.

For November, that flavor is:

Sweet Potato Casserole – Local sweet potatos infused into a scratch-made caramel ganache topped with a layer of roasted vanilla marshmallow, bringing together the warm, earthy natural sweetness of sweet potato with rich caramel and soft, toasted notes of vanilla marshmallow. Perfectly cozy flavors that feel right at home this time of year. It's our take on a familiar holiday favorite, reimagined in a little chocolate shell. 

The November assortment includes six different flavors, with two of each, so there's plenty to explore, share, or save for yourself. No judgment if a few of your favorites mysteriously disappear before you get around to sharing!

Every piece is handcrafted with ethically sourced chocolate, scratch-made fillings, and meticulous attention to detail, honoring the ingredients at their core. We put a lot of thought into how each flavor comes together, because we want every piece to feel like its own little experience.

Shipping & Pickup

November boxes will begin shipping and will be ready for local pickup starting November 18th.

Pistachio Kataifi “Dubai” (x2) – Stone-ground pistachio cream, crisp toasted kataifi, tahini, and French sea salt.

Salted Vanilla Caramel (x2) – Raw sugar scratch-made caramel infused with real vanilla bean and finished with robust sea salt.

Dark Chocolate Raspberry (x2) – Deep dark chocolate balanced with vibrant, tart raspberry.

Dark Chocolate (x2) – A pure expression of exceptional cacao, showcasing the depth and character of fine dark chocolate.

Milk Chocolate (x2) – Silky, caramel-leaning milk chocolate highlighting the nuanced character of fine cacao.
