12-Piece October Signature Collection Bonbon Box (Shipping and Pickup Starting October 14th)

As the seasons settle into fall, our October Signature Collection embraces the flavors of one of New York’s most iconic seasons: Apple season! This month's collection brings together familiar favorites with a new seasonal bonbon inspired by local ingredients and the changing season.

As part of our seasonal flavor series, each month introduces a bonbon inspired by ingredients at their peak.

For October, that flavor is:

Apple Caramel - made with locally grown New York apples infused into our rich, salted vanilla caramel. We’re still deciding which apple variety will make its way into the final bonbon, and we’re turning to you for a little help. Throughout the month, we’ll be asking guests visiting the shop to vote for their favorite New York apple, and your votes may help determine which variety we ultimately use. The goal is to capture the bright, fresh character of the apple while pairing it with the deep sweetness and richness of caramel in a bonbon that feels distinctly like fall in New York.

And because October brings a little extra opportunity for fun, we may have a few Halloween surprises hiding in this month’s collection. We’re working on dressing up some of our Salted Vanilla Caramels as little ghosts and skeletons, and if everything comes together as planned, a limited number may make their way into the early October boxes. 👻💀

The October assortment includes six different flavors, with two of each, making it especially suited for sharing, side-by-side tasting, or enjoying your favorites more than once.

Every piece is handcrafted with ethically sourced chocolate, scratch-made fillings, and meticulous attention to detail, honoring the ingredients at their core.

Shipping & Pickup

October boxes will begin shipping and will be ready for local pickup starting October 14th.
